Responsibility
- prepare and produce compliant, clear & concise Financial Planning Reports
- process and create all documentation relating to the planning process
- ensure New Business is compliant and meets company data entry requirements
- effectively & professionally communicate with clients
- manage pipeline business efficiently & within agreed timescales to achieve business targets
- liaise with third party providers and clients to gather information required to proceed with the advice process
- progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to ensure that each case completes in a timely manner
- prepare files including compliance required documentation, research, illustrations & supporting documentation prior to sale
Requirements
- previous experience as a paraplanner in a regulated firm
- excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- preferably experience with or exposure to working with asset rich clients
- strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation
- proactive and positive attitude
- experience of client management systems
