laboratory technician
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- we are recruiting for a Laboratory Technician who will join the laboratory team at our Hampshire site
- the role will be responsible for ensuring that our products are of the highest standards, prior to reaching our customers
- general Laboratory duties including cleaning, preparing reagents, cleaning glassware
- ensuring that all required testing is completed in the Lab, including routine and non-routine ad-hoc product testing
- supporting the instigation & execution of OOS investigations on a plant-wide basis
- assuring accurate and complete records of work done, and all other appropriate laboratory information and results are maintained
- working closely with Operations the successful applicants will be key to resolving any Quality issues, completing investigation studies to establish root cause
- maintain Lab-Cred standard at all times
Requirements
- A keen eye for detail and ability to work on own initiative
- good communication skill; written & oral
- ability to work both alone and as part of a team in a busy environment
- the ability to work under pressure
- pro-active approach to continued professional development of self
- working a shift pattern that supports production end to end
- full training will be given
