Responsibility
- in addition to these responsibilities carry out such duties as may reasonably be required. The above duties are a guide to the nature of the work required & are not intended to reflect all tasks associated within the role
- contribute to regular customer communications with news updates, product information and newsletters. This will be targeted campaigns stemming from the contact database and include both existing and potential customers
- to maintain and update the customer contact database. This will include both commercial contacts and the need to align colleagues with adding NPD, technical contacts to a filtered database
- attend networking events and exhibitions as agreed to raise the profile of the organisation and feedback intelligence
- regular meetings with NPD to track sample activity. Help maintain the sample database which tracks all active projects. Liaise with customers to highlight parked projects where appropriate
