Requirements
- good communication skills, both written and oral, are essential
- our standard office ours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- we are a well established independent estate agency looking to a recruit a competent and confident sales and lettings negotiator to become a valuable member of our team
- ideally with at least two years’ experience in a similar role, such as estate agency or retail, the successful candidate will be keen to learn new skills whilst already demonstrating a history of exemplary customer service
- some flexibility will be required to work additional hours should the business dictate it in busier months
- this diverse and interesting role will involve registering and vetting suitable applicants for both sales and lettings listings and conducting subsequent viewings
- experience is preferred but full training can be offered for the right candidate who can demonstrate transferable skills
- you will be trained to assist with day to day property management demands, as well as listing sales and lettings properties on portals such as Rightmove
