- we are delighted to work exclusively with an award winning financial services organisation based in Northampton, seeking an experienced Compliance & Risk Manager to join their team as Head of Compliance, in this newly created role
- managing compliance-related incidents and implementing corrective actions
- coordinating and facilitating regulatory audits and examinations, including engagement with the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme
- staying updated on changes in industry regulations, including Data Protection Legislation, and assessing their impact
- collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor compliance programs
- representing the organisation in dealings with external bodies and regulatory authorities
