- monitor the set-up, service and close down of each café
- planning, preparing and cooking menu items in accordance to SOP’s, using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- monitor food quality, presentation and service
- build rapport with café customers listening to feedback and reporting to F&B Manager
- manage stock, purchasing and kitchen equipment
- communicate customer complaints to Line Managers
Requirements
- minimum two years’ experience as a chef and managing other people
- experience with managing purchasing and stock control
- level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
- attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- ability to work under own initiative
- strong decision making and excellent communication skills
- ability to be intuitive and engaging when looking after the team and our customers
