Fountaynes are scammers, the manager is a dishonest man, they make fake invoices to extract as much money as they can, they will bill you for the services they dont provide. They will claim to do work at your neighbours property and bill you for it. I feel sorry for those leaseholders that are stuck with this company. They were expelled from property redress scheme.
