Responsibility
- as the Gym Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of Foundry Gym Coventry

Requirements
- previous experience in a management role within the fitness industry, ideally as a gym manager or assistant manager
- strong knowledge of fitness equipment, health and safety protocols, and gym operations
- excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
- first Aid and CPR certification
- deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with members, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met
- familiarity with budgeting, sales, and customer relationship management software is a plus
- monitor member satisfaction through feedback and surveys, implementing changes as necessary to enhance the gym experience
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
