Responsibility

  • ensure all customers receive a proactive, positive experience at all times
  • proactively support the workshop manager to coordinate jobs, customer installations and hire equipment. Providing progress updates to customers as required
  • forth Grass Machinery is a family business based in Dalgety Bay, Fife. We’ve been supplying clients across Fife, Perth, Edinburgh and the Lothians with high-quality Groundcare, Plant and Chainsaw equipment since 2009
  • coordinate all machinery/plant collections and deliveries
  • due to continued growth we're now looking for an experienced Sales & Parts Coordinator to join our team. This is a fast paced and varied role, handling a wide range of enquiries
  • ensure stock levels are maintained, sourcing and ordering customer parts
  • as approved dealers for a number of leading brands we pride ourselves on delivering high quality service and after care to our customers. It’s therefore essential that you enjoy interreacting with customers both face to face and on the phone
  • ensure the showroom is fully stocked and presentable at all times
