Responsibility
- we are looking for a front of house manager to oversee the businesses day-to-day customer facing operations
- the ideal candidate will be a hard-working team player with experience leading a group of people
- oversee all aspects of the front of house
- ensure that all staff members are trained and compliant with current Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations
- manage staff workflow and on-shift areas of responsibility
- arranging rotas for front of house staff to ensure that adequate cover is provided day to day and during staff holidays
- resolve any issues that arise from staff or customers
- you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the front of house, as well as ensuring that all staff members are trained to a high standard
