Responsibility
- design and develop engaging and responsive websites using modern web design techniques
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective web solutions
- create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user interfaces
- implement styles using SCSS and SASS to enhance the visual presentation of web applications
- work with content management systems such as Drupal to manage website content effectively
- participate in the Software Development Life Cycle to ensure timely project delivery
- conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve website functionality and user experience
- stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design
Requirements
- proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
- proficiency in web design tools and technologies including SCSS, SASS, and wireframing software
- familiarity with application development processes and frameworks such as React Native
- experience with content management systems, particularly Drupal
- understanding of software development principles and the Software Development Life Cycle
- strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and visual composition
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- knowledge of cloud services such as Azure is advantageous but not essential
