Responsibility

  • the successful candidate will be responsible for providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to the FRA user base
  • additionally, they will be responsible for working with the Senior Engineering / Operations Manager to support FRA’s global infrastructure
  • this candidate will also participate in / lead multiple projects simultaneously and track their progress through to completion
  • FRA is seeking an IT Support Engineer to help support and grow FRA as well as assist with office and datacenter environments in five countries, supporting client-facing applications
  • maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses
  • part of an On-Call Rota for Out of Hours support and escalations
  • assist in onboarding of new FRA users

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills
  • minimum 3 years IT Help Desk experience supporting a multi-office environment
  • microsoft Active Directory and DNS
  • microsoft 365
  • microsoft Azure
  • VMware Vsphere 6.7
  • microsoft Windows Server 2012 or newer
  • microsoft Exchange 2013 or newer
