Requirements
- minimum Level 3 in Children in Residential Care
- full UK Driving Licence

- minimum 2 Years experience working in a children’s residential setting
- minimum 1 Year EBD experience
- minimum 1 Year experience in line managing
- previous experience in a Deputy Manager role
- excellent communication & interpersonal skills
