Requirements: serious food knowledge & skill with proven experience in high-end kitchen environment and a portfolio that includes event catering, creativity essential - fresh ideas and willingness to try new things, food lover, seasonal produce fan + buckets of passion, excellent time management and organisational skills.Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
