• receive inbound calls and enquiries from clients and our team
• coordinate actions and fieldwork around our field team

• act as a 'point of contact' for our team, assisting with general in-the-field queries
• administrating and assisting all new starters as they get going, and ongoing HR records for all staff
• taking all incoming calls and directing them as necessary

• A clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
