The Duty Manager at Flip Out will be responsible for the day to day operational and commercial success of the park. They will ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of team members and guests, and strive to create unforgettable experiences. The ideal candidate should be energetic, hands-on, and have previous experience supervising/managing teams. Is there any specific training provided for the Duty Manager position? Also, what is the hourly rate for the 24-hour contract and for the additional supervisor hours?
