Job descriptionIf you’re looking for a payroll job with some energy, a career sidesteps into ownership, then Flair Events People could be the perfect fit. This position can be fixed 30-40hrs per week to suit and hybrid working.In order to assist our team in accurately processing payroll every week 200-1500 temp workers and controlling all legal payroll requirements, we require a Payroll & HR Manager to join our dynamic, well-established event staffing agency. An all-around control feel is achieved with the addition of invoice generation and employee data monitoring.The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of full payroll processing, a keen eye for detail, and a detective streak to investigate all inquiries regarding wages and invoices. Applicants should also be comfortable working to deadlines and a calmness in a high-speed environment. As a small business their is plenty of scoop to winder the job role to suit. Send us your CV if this sounds interesting to you.Main ResponsibilityResponsible for the weekly payroll of all employees.Ensure that all staffing hours, benefits, and expenses are collected and reviewed for accuracy.Manage software that controls starters, leavers, RTI, and adheres to all PAYE regulations.Maintain compliance with Payroll HR, HMRC orders, and DEA orders.Utilize bespoke databases, Bright Pay software to process salaries, Excel record keeping, and manual bank payments.Ensure all RTW checks and documentation are in place before workers begin.Provide a detailed and supported payroll reconciliation each month.Develop close relationships with our staffing department to ensure smooth service for all workers.Maintain current knowledge of payroll-related legislation.Resolve pay and invoice queries resulting in age-appropriate debt collection.Build invoices based on staffing hours.
