Responsibility
- any defects/faults requiring repairs that are chargeable to the customer over £500 must be authorised by the Service Desk Manager prior to replacing or repairing
- on occasion you may be requested to carry out other duties of a similar nature not included in the Job

- ensuring that all paperwork regarding the MOT preparation, servicing and repair of vehicles conforms to ‘O’ Licence requirements and is accurately completed
