Requirements
- proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary skills
- familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment
- excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management or mentoring roles being advantageous
- ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- A passion for cooking and creativity in menu development is highly desirable
