Responsibility
- conduct regular inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards
- collaborate with production manager to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
- generate regular reports for management, highlighting key quality metrics and areas for improvement
- foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement within the organization
- quality Control Oversight:Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes for our manufacturing facility
- process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall product quality and production efficiency
- documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, inspection results, and any non-conformities
- training and Development: Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices
