Responsibility
- conduct individual and group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants
- develop personalised fitness programmes based on clients' goals, fitness levels, and any specific health considerations
- educate clients on proper exercise techniques, anatomy, and the benefits of physical activity to enhance their understanding and performance
- planning and delivering fun, engaging fitness classes tailored to our members' needs
- monitor clients' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them stay motivated and achieve their objectives
- teaching proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- offering guidance on healthy living, nutrition and well-being
- maintain a clean and organised workout space, ensuring all equipment is safe and in good working condition
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- proven experience in sports coaching or personal training is highly desirable
- previous experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction is desirable
- strong knowledge of human anatomy and exercise physiology to educate clients effectively
- knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology is an advantage
- excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals of varying fitness levels
- fitness certifications such as REPs or CIMSPA are required
- ability to create engaging workout sessions that cater to diverse groups while ensuring safety protocols are followed
- great communication skills and the ability to motivate others to have fun while getting fit
