oversee the daily operations, ensuring that the gym and equipment is clean, functional, customer-friendly and complies with Health & Safety requirements at all times
assume budgetary responsibility for every aspect of gym operations. Anticipate revenue and costs, identify areas for potential savings, and manage expenditure effectively
conduct regular equipment inspections and arrange for repairs and replacements as necessary in line with Company policy
keep track of inventory and order gym supplies as needed
conduct regular team meetings and 1:1 sessions to maintain open lines of communication and ensuring a high level of job satisfaction among all team members
ensure the layout of the equipment is optimised for maximum efficiency, ensuring the placement of equipment, workout areas, and communal spaces are well balanced to ensure a smooth flow of traffic, accommodate varying peak usage times, and maintain a positive workout atmosphere
evaluate staff performance in accordance with Company guidelines in order to optimise individual performance and ensure positive contribution to the gym’s environment
