Responsibility
- take ownership of UK portfolio of customers, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with these customer
- pro-actively manage your portfolio of customers to collect debts as they fall due through effective and timely communications
- regularly engage with stakeholders to highlight, discuss and address any concerns in your portfolio
- monitor shared email inbox, ensuring that external customer and other departments queries and requests are resolved promptly and accurately
- ensure prompt allocation of cash receipts to maintain accurate accounts receivable balances and ageing
- drive continuous improvement by implementing process changes and engaging in relevant projects
- work with the wider teams to achieve group targets such as month end reporting and debtor days
- review credit worthiness of customers and prepare credit report, evaluating upcoming orders in relation to the individual circumstances of each customer
