Responsibility
- first Integrated Solutions are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join the Rentals team on a Full Time, Permanent basis
- based in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen you will be responsible for the day to day, safe and efficient running of the Rentals Department alongside arranging the planning and delivery of all jobs for the Lifting and Tooling Departments
- the successful candidate will hold significant experience in managing / supervising mutli-disciplined teams and hold an extensive knowledge and understanding of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- provide adequate training, information, instruction, and supervision to ensure that work is conducted safely and correctly to the company standards
- assist Operations Director to ensure the department are active in the cost-effective use of resources
- review work orders prior to issuing to the workshop team, raising any issues / concerns with the Operations Director
- responsible for coordinating and planning production activities ensuring production timelines are achieved in line with client requirements and in accordance with company procedures
- responsible for ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained within the rental departments to support company objectives, requirements, and targets
