Responsibility
- we have an exciting opportunity for a part -time cook to cover two days per week on a rota basis, in our residential care home
- here at People First Care Ltd, we believe in supporting employees and have an Employee Support Scheme and an extra days paid holiday to celebrate your birthday
- you should have some experience of cooking for large groups and have a knowledge of special diets/nutrition and possess Food Safety qualifications, however we offer ongoing training to support the role
- duties include: Food preparation and serving, maintaining a clean kitchen and equipment, menu planning, stock ordering and rotation
- job Types: Part-time, Permanent
- part-time hours: 16 per week
- you need to possess a passion for cooking and produce good home cooked food and baking for our elderly residents, as food and socialising are such important parts of our day
