project coordinator
Responsibility
- owning for the participant journey from welcome pack to final certificate with your expert support on our program and personal touch
- running orientation calls to clarify expectations, answer questions and prepare participants for the program ahead
- communicating and responding to participant queries in a timely, supportive and professional manner
- hosting participants at Ashridge House to ensure the best program experience
- delivering excellent technical facilitation and troubleshooting for online programs
- creating and organising excellent welcome packs, program portals and any program materials, together with your Project Manager and Program Director, according to the program timeline
- providing insights to program review meetings to identify improvement areas for future programs
- liaising with Ashridge House to arrange any program logistics such as teaching room set up, accommodation, meals, and transport
Requirements
- degree or equivalent and track record of good academic grades
- experience in customer service, understanding what it takes to create the best customer experience
- preferably, experience working with B2B clients but not necessary
- confident with technology such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and preferably Salesforce
- excellent communicator and team player
