I'd give this company ZERO STARS, if possible. They don't even deserve one. This company is a COMPLETE SCAM and payapl supports it! The fact that they're even allowed to accept payments through PayPal is insane! It further appears to make them seem legitimate when it's nothing but a money grab. I tried to get it sorted out through the company, then by PayPal. When none of that worked, I contacted my bank directly to dispute the charge. I never received the items I was billed for. Complete scam.

They just steal your money. Nothing ever sent. Responded with fake tracking info.

Ordered a toy for my newborn baby on july 2024. Today is 20th of November. Total SCAM!!!

This company is a complete scam & I don't understand how they can be registered to steal your money. They masquerade as many different compainies, selling non-existant car parts, lighting, shoes etc, but all payments are made to FINEKIRSSTYN LTD.
Alert your bank, collect evidence & notifiy the authorities. Post it on FB, Insta etc, make it public that these people are total scum.

I ordered, supposedly from Seasalt, in July but never received any goods. Eventually discovered my payment went to this company. Definitely fraudulent.

Never got my goods. I emailed them few times and they said they will look into.it, but i never got my necklace.

This is a Huge scam! Took my money and got nothing!

i never received my shoes ordered in july

Placed an order mid of June, which has never arrived. I received a tracking number but all looks very dodgy from the beginning to be honest. When I have been made aware at the end of August that my parcel has gone missing, which was probably never sent in the first place, I have been informed that I will receive a refund which will take up to 20 days.
It's a big scam!

They spoofed an ad on Facebook, quite convincingly, logo...et al, and my order never arrived. Contacting the, known to me, real vender... why I trusted the ad in the first place, I was told that they had no record, and the prefix to the confirmation given was bogus. Never to buy off Social Media... and if this entity is a brick & mortar, location... someone should pay them an unannounced visit with a warrant in hand.

Don't order anything from this non-existent Company!!!! They'll give you fake order confirmation, then fake tracking number. Look into it, this is a virtual, aka sham, company.

Have yet to receive the items I purchased.

I ordered an item from company called rosalexsm.pics. Think I saw on Insta. A company FineKirsstyn took payment from my bank. They do not sell car parts as stated on their company overview. Their tracking eventually stated they had tried to deliver and then a few days later said I had moved away. Not so. I hounded them incessantly and eventually they said courier had lost parcel and would refund me. Refund appeared today. I’d avoid this company rosalexsm.pics. They are based in China.
