Responsibility

  • activate Business Finance is a newly established but experienced, vibrant business finance broker, based in Newport Pagnell
  • identify and record a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
  • this is done predominantly through calling key decision makers and introducing our core services to them
  • build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • promote the businesses core offerings to potential customers through calls, LinkedIn and email
  • ensure the CRM is updated and that data is enriched
  • the role is designed to develop the successful candidate into a fully-fledged finance broker within 12 months
  • provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries promptly

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong interest in business and in helping clients to achieve their business goals
  • self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • previous sales experience is a bonus however we are looking for self-motivated candidates that have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy talking and engaging with clients and are target orientated
