Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- stay updated on the latest fashion trends, promotions, and products to provide accurate and helpful information
- actively participate in in-store promotions, events, and sales campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales
- contribute ideas for local marketing initiatives to promote Fin & Game
- styling and Product Knowledge: Recommend and guide customers in selecting clothing and accessories, ensuring their needs and preferences are met
- resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers enthusiastically, providing expert advice on styling and garment selection. Foster a positive and informative shopping experience, building strong relationships with customers
