Responsibility

  • to prepare and log all relevant HR documentation, including contracts and job specifications
  • provide specific data banks for campaigns, ensuring all opportunities to maximise business are taken
  • assist with the day-to-day administration of HR related tasks including reviews, personnel files, onboarding
  • maximise the existing customer data to achieve brand awareness and increased sales
  • maintain good housekeeping of the HR Portal
  • analyse and report on trends with customer enquiries
  • maintain mailing lists and email marketing databases, and effectively utilise CMS platforms
  • any relevant training assessments will need to be produced, distributed and results logged

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • the ability to plan and prioritise workload and work well under pressure
  • extensive Data-entry experience
  • adaptable and flexible in order to cope with a variable workload
  • understanding of data management and internal CRMs
  • effective communication skills – both written and verbal
  • ability to interpret campaign plans and present relevant customer data
  • attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • an awareness of external CMS and associated functions
