- build good relationships with members to utilise resources for the benefit of all
- to ensure that the member experience is enhanced through service and support and ensuring that all Fervid products are delivered consistently and professionally
- take ownership for the gym environment, ensuring that all fitness equipment is fit for purpose for the benefit of the member experience
