knowledge of buildings systems, maintenance procedures and safety regulations will be advantageous
organisational, time management, communication skills and PC skills are all essential pre-requisites
A driving licence is essential as there will be regular movement between sites
managing vendor relationships and assisting in negotiating contracts for facility services and suppliers are part of this role
