Requirements
- level 3 CYP Diploma or equivalent or a willingness to work towards further recognised qualifications in residential childcare
- regard and respect for young people and their rights
- ability to demonstrate empathy
- residential Childcare: 1 year
- work as part of a team and independently Good communication skills Ability to motivate and engage individual IT literate good time management and organisation skills
