Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • level 3 CYP Diploma or equivalent or a willingness to work towards further recognised qualifications in residential childcare
  • regard and respect for young people and their rights
  • ability to demonstrate empathy
  • residential Childcare: 1 year
  • work as part of a team and independently Good communication skills Ability to motivate and engage individual IT literate good time management and organisation skills
