I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my elderly mother. It took almost 3 weeks to get it and when I got it, it wasn't fitting. I have emailed them a few times no response, called their phone, it went straight to automated message. Normally I do read reviews before buying but this time, I let my gut down and never did. By the way, the product looks so cheap and flismy. I'm stuck with items I do not want.

I was sold by the website's promise of great arch support at good prices and ordered six pairs of varying kinds in the hope one or two would fit. In fairness I am keeping two pairs but the others were too small and/or otherwise not suitable. It took a long time to get a return address and of course it's in China. I sent the items back at the end of July, they stayed at Chinese customs for two months and are now being returned for lack of insufficient documentation even though I'd filled out the customs forms to the best of my ability. No response to any emails in the last few months. I am very unhappy and want my £100 (+ £30 postage) back!!

How long do orders take to come ?

Don't be caught out by purchasing from this company. I bought a PetBooster car seat/dog carrier from Fayybek online for £58.99 that looked very good quality in the images on the website. The orange fabric looked heavy duty and strong. What arrived was a thin beige cotton, poorly made car seat carrier with no cushions inserted so just an empty sack. This is a total rip-off. I contacted the website and asked why I had not been sent the product that was in the picture and was told the orange dog carrier was out of stock and they had forgotten to send the cushions. They said they would send out the cushions but I told them not to bother as I did not want this beige bit of rag. I didn't want to go through the process of sending the product back to China (I assume - there is no return address on the website) and probably receive no refund as the company stopped responding to my emails. I have just accepted the loss in this case as a poor judgement made by me and would like to stop you making a similar mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Company is a scam
Ordered my dogs booster cushions 21st April...and after loads if emails to this company am yet to receive any reply...or my order......

I would advise not to buy from this company as their customer service is absolutely diabolical. I purchased a dog car booster seat on 23/04/2024 at the cost of £64.98, not cheap. I ordered in time for when my new car arriced on 08.05.2024 which I thought was ample time to have the seat delivered etc. Wrong..today is the 09.05.2024 and I still don't have it despite several emails to the company asking for a delivery date, all bar one promising to sort it, were ignored.
