Responsibility
- actively seek out and engage with potential customers to promote our automotive services and products
- develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through excellent communication and exceptional customer service
- achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our services, identifying customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions
- conduct product demonstrations and provide customers with detailed information about the benefits and features of our services
- collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives
- stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as required
- represent Fastlane Autocare at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and expand our customer base
Requirements
- previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, but not essential
- track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- knowledge of automotive products and services is desirable
- familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
