warehouse supervisor
Requirements
- high School Standard Grades Grades 1-4
- warehousing and/or Storage and/or Logistics qualification
- three or more years of experience in a warehouse role or working in a similar/comparable environment
- able to demonstrate good working knowledge and understanding of Sage 200 and/or similar Purchase/Sales Ledger software system
- must be able to meet the main duties and responsibilities as detailed out above
- monitoring stock levels and order requirements to ensure we efficiently meet client expectations
- forklift Truck License & Experience
- creating purchase orders and submitting to suppliers
Responsibility
- ensure all Health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to
- displays motivation, enthusiasm and commitment and acts with a high degree of integrity
- not afraid to take responsibility with a "can do" and problem-solving attitude
- adhere to company procedures including Confidentiality and all GDPR requirements
- be well presented, approachable and a keen team player at all times
- ensure warehouse activity are managed effectively and in a timely manner and that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction as the primary goal
- work with management team on the Quality Management System, associated processes and internal audits, adhering to ISO 9001:2015
- positively represent the Company by ensuring all customers are treated with courtesy, empathy and respect, in particular, exercise patience with the older generation and the less able
