- we are currently looking for a Junior Womenswear Designer to join a new innovative online womenswear brand Silkroad Daughters
- A young London-based brand with non-stop innovative, iconic, and on-trend designs with killer looks for every style

- A supportive role; developing womenswear ranges across multi product categories including both woven and jersey according to brand guidlines
- creating mood boards and carrying out and presenting research to the senior designer
- two Work experience candidates also required
- create tech packs and communicate with factories and suppliers
Requirements
- womenswear design degree or similar qualification
- ‘1-2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
- A creative thinker with a strong creative and commercial eye
- thrives in an innovative and ever evolving environment, with the ability to create and deliver briefs to drop dates and deadlines
- strong eye for print and graphics a plus
- good knowledge of garment construction
- able to work to a brief and to collection deadlines
- photography skills advantageous
