Requirements
- proven experience as a sewing machinist, with a strong understanding of sewing, tailoring, and garment construction techniques
- proficiency in pattern making and grading, with the ability to create and modify patterns to meet specific requirements
- familiarity with garment technology tools and software, such as CAD systems and pattern drafting software
- excellent attention to detail and precision, with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- passion for sustainability and a commitment to reducing the environmental impact of the fashion industry
- flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced studio environment
