- good experience and knowledge of wines, wine service, and cocktail service
- face to face client experience is preferred
- professional and appropriate personal presentation
- proven ability to manage a team
- previous experience in event and wedding coordination is preferred

- management of ordering, stock, stock rooms, and lock up
- management, training and deployment of Bar Team
