assist in the day-to-day planning, supervision, and management of fruit and asparagus production
oversee seasonal teams during planting, harvesting, packing, and crop maintenance activities
monitor crop health and quality; assist with pest and disease control as directed
ensure irrigation, fertilisation, and harvesting are carried out on schedule and to required standards
support the Farm Manager in maintaining accurate records of labour, inputs, and yields
operate and care for farm equipment and machinery as needed
work closely with agronomists and follow technical guidance to maintain high crop quality
enforce and promote farm health & safety and food safety standards
tractor driver
Responsibility
safely drive the tractor with passenger trailers during opening hours
oversee safe boarding and disembarking and follow all safety procedures
assist with queue flow and coordinate with the farm team
provide a friendly, welcoming service to visitors
Requirements
previous tractor driving experience
strong focus on passenger safety and clear communication
reliable and punctual; available weekends throughout October
