Not a nice place to work and no chance of promotion

Sales Advisor - Abergele

I worked for the company for 7 years, the company is mismanaged and the store mangers and the head office staff are very belittling of staff, so staff in store are very unhappy and take it out on each other.

Staff members are forced to stand at the till for long shifts without a chair, there is no anti bullying policies in the company so its a very toxic environment, so staff turnover is high.

The hygiene standards in store are very low and there is a constant vermin problem in store and on the yard, I was sick often but told to come in regardless.

The only good part of the job is the customers who are appreciative of staff, also the pets they bring into the store will bright up your day.

The sales advisors weren't offered promotions or pay raises and you're forced to work during the seasonal holidays.

Customers are appreciative and dogs are fun to be around
