Responsibility
- take a hands on role in the daily management of the Farm
- lead from the front in delivering excellent customer service
- manage customer queries and bookings amendments
- develop, coach and train Customer Service Assistants on new service standards when required
- take ownership of staff incentives, rewards and recognition
- assist staff in onboarding and contracting new staff in line with HR policies
- help develop our brand in a positive and exciting way
- organise the shift and be able to delegate tasks in order to have full management coverage / management visibility
