- collaborate closely with the Falfish team to forecast demand and plan procurement strategies that align with business goals
- conduct regular quality assessments of fish and seafood to ensure that only the finest selections reach our customers
- conduct the procurement of packaging materials,relevant ingredients and consumables to support our seafood product offerings and manage stock holdings inline with business requirements
- engage in the strategic sourcing and purchasing of a diverse range of fish and seafood products, while maintaining consistency in supply and quality
- stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring full adherence in all aspects of procurement
