This company are associated
with and have the same directors as Chignall holdings, they build/renovate properties but take short cuts leaving residents without hot water for days, dangerous water leaks through light fittings, open sewage pipes, windows unaccessible, firedoors not fitted correctly to name just a few... the list is endless! They market properties as "luxury" however they are far from that. They delay everything that should be fixed, they cut corners to save money even down to watering down the paint. They install boilers which are not fit for purpose and although when marketing properties as having electric charging points, landscaped Gardens you end up with neither. The company then go into liquidation which then relives them of any responsibility and just open up under a slightly different name. They are dishonest, untrustworthy and incompetent. No morals and leave residents to foot the bills for their short comings. STEER CLEAR of anything these people have had anything to do with or you will be left with huge bills as I and other residents have been.
