Responsibility
- ensuring Line Leaders check & ensure their team have all relevant PPE
- responsibility for the leadership & support of all Line Leaders to ensure the efficient production of our product range against the plan
- ensure Line Leaders are aware of their Plan for the Shift ensuring all key components are available to minimise any downtime during changes
- ensure that the Production Line & surrounding space is kept clean & tidy throughout the day with an end of shift ‘sweep through’ to maintain required standards
- line Leaders to provide Shift Supervisor with ongoing updates on production numbers & any issues that that may impact the plan
- plan required Packing on a daily basis ensuring people & product are in place to implement
- liaise with Warehouse Team to ensure required Raw Materials where required
- highlight required maintenance at the earliest opportunity to the engineers to fix issues causing downtime
