- assisting the Finance Director in all aspects of Cash flow management
- completion of the annual budget and interim forecasts
- ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the balance sheet including monthly control account reconciliations
- overseeing the management of the purchase ledger function
- overseeing and assisting with the completion of the quarterly VAT return
- control of company capital expenditure and fixed asset schedule
- key liaison for year-end audit, including preparation of files and assisting with onsite audit
- ownership & preparation of the Management information including ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the information back to the management reporting, including insightful commentary leading the user to the key points
