My experience with Fab HQ has unfortunately been disappointing\.

I was sent a confirmation stating a **10am start time**, but the course started without me\. When I arrived, I was given only a quick recap rather than being properly brought up to speed\. When I raised the issue, the owner’s response left me feeling as though the situation was being treated as **my fault for arriving late**, despite me following the start time I had been given in writing\.

The theory and aftercare support have also been lacking\. I’m still chasing a revision video **three weeks later** and have found Chanelle’s attitude towards my concerns dismissive\.

Overall, I was left with the impression that the support and communication were there when booking and paying for the courses, but once payment had been made, the level of care significantly changed\. When you invest heavily in your training, you expect the support to continue afterwards\.
