- level 2 food safety or higher
- ability to lead a team and work alone
- strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
- HACCP training/ awareness

- food/Manufacturing: 4 years
Responsibility
- issue and control of product specifications for internal product QC release as well as customer approval
- dealing with customer complaints relating to technical and production issues, carrying out trend analysis as required
- any other duties deemed necessary to ensure product supply, and maintain compliance with statutory and company regulations
- management of completion of customer specifications as required
- organise internal training as a result of changes to the quality and safety manuals policies and procedures
- management and carrying out of external customer audits and any resulting corrective action plans
