Responsibility

  • install and service gaming machines, pool tables, jukeboxes, large screen tv's and projectors
  • diagnose and repair gaming equipment in our arcades, bingo halls and single sites across Northern Ireland
  • be the first point of contact for customers
  • maintain a good working relationship with customers to ensure the company is well represented at all times
  • ensure machines and parts are stored correctly and safely in the warehouse as well as general warehouse housekeeping duties
  • manual handling of machinery, complying with Health and Safety requirements at all times
  • to work a 4 weekly on call rota Providing evening and weekend cover to minimise downtime of our machines

Requirements

  • service Technician: 1 year
  • service engineer: 1 year
