Requirements
- EITHER/AND a Teaching qualification such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL or a bachelor’s degree in English, education or a related field
- experience with teaching mono-lingual international students, especially those aged 11 to 18, is a plus but not necessary
- experience with teaching international students, especially those aged 11 to 18, is a plus
- experience of producing lesson plans which include both primary and secondary objectives would also be advantageous
- demonstrable experience of guiding students successfully to achieve their specific language goals
- teaching: 1 year
Responsibility
- currently, we’re seeking people to help us with two online language programmes we’re currently running; a general English course to help young people improve their confidence and enjoyment of the language, and a more focused course that aims to prepare students for an upcoming English exam such as IELTS or CAE
- we’re seeking people to join our team for our upcoming summer programme set in the heart of Cambridge City running from mid-July through to mid-August
- as a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing for our students memorable and educational experiences infused with a passion for representing the best of British culture
- in addition to this, we’ll be inviting those interested individuals to begin with us by assisting in the delivery of structured learning content to our clients overseas on a regular basis
- although this is entirely optional, it would be an ideal way to become involved in this company at an earlier date, learn about the students we guide and all the upcoming exciting projects we have planned
- feeding back experiences from the excursions into the lessons to ensure continuity and reinforcement of programmes aims/objectives
